It should be possible to acknowledge failed job runs

Current Situation

• JID shows failed job runs in red color.
• This is helpful to identify problems, however, it is not possible to identify which problems have been adressed by the operations team and which problems are still open.

Desired Behavior

• It should be possible to acknowledge failed job runs so that they no longer are displayed in red color.

Maintainer Notes

• This feature is intended for implementation with the future JOC Cockpit.
