YADE KeepModificationDate option is broken

Current Situation

• When YADE is configured with the setting TargetFileOptions-> KeepModificationDate then the modification date of the source file should be assigned to the target file.
  • This functionality is broken:
    • The current date is used when creating or modifying files on a target server.
  • Note: the modification date is only assigned if the SourceFileOptions-> CheckSteadyState is also configured.

Desired Behavior

• The KeepModificationDate functionality should work as expected.

Test Instructions

• check the KeepModificationDate functionality with following Target providers: FTP(S), Local, SFTP, SMB
