YADE should support use of HTTP headers for HTTP and HTTPS protocols

Current Situation

• The YADE file transfer protocols HTTP and HTTPS do not allow to set HTTP headers for HTTP requests.

Desired Behavior

• It should be possible to define any HTTP headers for HTTP und HTTPS file transfers.

Implementation Note

• YADE allows to specify HTTP headers individually per HTTP(S) transfer fragment or HTTP(S) transfer fragment reference:
  • Fragments -> ProtocolFragments -> HTTP(S)Fragment -> HTTPHeaders(0,1) -> HTTPHeader(1,unbounded).
  • Profiles -> ... -> HTTP(S)FragmentRef -> HTTPHeaders(0,1) -> HTTPHeader(1,unbounded).
