Connection from DMZ to local should be opened when transfer starts

Current Situation

When a transfer is done with copyfrominternet the connection to the target (DMZ-> local) already is opened when the transfer from the internet to DMZ starts. As the transfer can take some time, it may happen that a timeout will close the connection DMZ-> local.

Desired Behavior

When a transfer is done with copyfrominternet the connection to the target (DMZ-> local) should be open when the transfer from the internet to DMZ is completed.
