YADE Job cannot store transfer error messages greater than 255 characters to database

Current Situation

• if a transfer error occurs and the error message is greater than 255 characters then the YADE job throws a
  Data too long for column 'ERROR_MESSAGE' at row 1(MySQL)
  exception and does not store the message to the database.

Desired Behaviour

• YADE Job should correctly handle long error messages
