Removing the YADE Background Service

The YADE Background Service have been removed in release 1.12. The functionality is replaced by the File Transfer History that is available from JOC Cockpit. See YADE-448.

With the removement the YADE jobs, clients and the configuration XML Editor also must be changed.

• YADE should no longer create orders for the background service.
• The option SendTransferHistory is to be removed replaced with the new option writeTransferHistory (default=true) that will be part of the notification fragment (see comments).
• the Option historyFileName has to be removed accordingly

• The other parameters concerning the background service like

  • BackgroundServicePort
  • BackgroundServiceTransferMethod
  • BackgroundServiceJobChainName
  • History
  • HistoryFile
  • DisableHistoryFileAppendMode

will be removed
