Description

Current Situation

If the source files from a file path selection, then it is possible that the source_dir is empty, but the import job of the Background Service raises parameter [local_dir] can't be empty.

Desired Behavior

An empty value for source_dir must not trigger an error.
Further an error message around the source_dir parameter should have source_dir instead of local_dir in its message.
