History file is written without header if the file already exist

Current Situation

• If the JADE Client writes a history file then this file doesn't have the field names in the first line if this file already exist.
• The JADE Background Service expects the history file in csv format with the filed names in the first line otherwise it cannot processed.

Desired Behavior
The history file has always the the field names in the first line.
