Order execution on background service should not crash if the local_dir parameter is empty

Current Situation

• If the source_dir parameter is not used in the JADE profile (e.g. file_path parameter is set) then the order execution on background service failed with the error message: local_dir cannot be empty

Desired Behavior

• JADE should evaluate source_dir from file_path parameter
