      Current Situation
      The Background Service can´t process the new columns for begin and end of a transmission.

      Desired Situation
      The Background Service processes the new columns TRANSFER_START (renamed column TRANSFER_TIMESTAMP) and TRANSFER_END for begin and end of a transmission.
