Send a "ping" to the source and target data provider before starting the operation

Desired Behavior

• A ping should be sent to the source and target data provider to verify the availability of the systems.
• If the ping fails then an exception "SOSFtpPingFailure" is raised.
• This behavior should be configurable independently for source and target as not all servers are prepared to respond to a ping.
