Jetty Plugin in JobScheduler Setup is removed

Current Situation

The JobScheduler installer comes with a Jetty to open JOC via the jetty port (http or https).
JOC can still open with the JObScheduler port (http).

Desired Behavior

The jetty plugin in the JobScheduler will be removed and all its components such as

• ./config/jetty.xml
• ./config/web.xml
• ./ssl/keystore.jks
• ./lib/third-party/jetty*.jar
