    Description

      Current Situation

      • JobScheduler is shipped with Oracle ODBC driver ojdbc6 which support version 11g.
      • There are some security settings which are not supported by ojdbc6 driver.

      Desired Behavior

      • JobScheduler should be shipped with Oracle ODBC driver ojdbc7.

      Maintainers note

      • The Oracle Licensing terms restrict us to bundle ojdbc drivers with the JobScheduler or JOC Cockpit setups. The JobScheduler and JOC Cockpit support newer Oracle version and ojdbc driver.
      • User needs to download ojdbc driver and replace the ojdbc6 driver during the setup or manually after the setup.
