Service account should not be empty if only a user is specified and the current domain has the same name as the user

Current Situation

• You can specify a service account for the JobScheduler Universal Agent during Windows installer
• This account will be checked and completed with the current domain if only a user is specified.
• If only the user is specified and the current domain has the same name as the user then the account gets empty and the local system account will be used.

Desired Behavior

The current domain should added even if the domain has the same name as the user.
