Provide setup for JobScheduler Universal Agent for Windows

Feature

• An installer is required for the JobScheduler Universal Agent:
  • use for manual installation with a GUI
  • use for automated installation
• The usual setup components as for other JobScheduler components apply
• Installer operations include
  • check prerequisites: JVM starting from version 1.8 available
  • copy files to target directory
  • Windows: install service
  • start Agent
  • check Agent status

Configuration items

• Optional items include
  • JAVA_HOME for a specific Java version
  • listening port
  • log directory
  • pid file directory
  • account that the Agent is operated for
• All configuration items are provided with defaults, therefore ideally no configuration is required, i.e. the installer can be operated without individual configuration items for any number of servers.
