Hibernate logging on the Agent is too extensive

Current Situation
Currently the logging of hibernate classes is very extensive if a job runs on an Agent. If the job runs on the Master the logging configuration prevents hibernate from logging too expensively.

Desired Behavior
The logging behavior of hibernate classes on an Agent should be the same as the logging behavior with the Master.
