JobScheduler Master log4j.properties file should contain example configuration for the reporting log

Current Situation

The log4.properties file in $scheduler_home/lib contains some examples for extended logging e.g. a log for the inventory plugin. There is no example for the reporting log.

Desired Behavior

The log4.properties file in $scheduler_home/lib should contain an example for the extended logging of the reporting as described in the attached example file.
