Remove schedulerHost setting from the installer

Current Situation

• The schedulerHost setting with the JobScheduler Master installer was used in earlier releases to restrict the Master TCP port to listen to a specific network interface only.
• Users can use the "somehost:someport" syntax to restrict use of the HTTP port and HTTPS port to specific network interfaces, see How to restrict the JobScheduler Master to listen to specific network interfaces when using HTTP or HTTPS

Desired Behavior

• This setting should be dropped from the installer.
• The product knowledge base should be cleaned up to remove references to this setting.
