JobScheduler should support mariadb as JDBC driver for MySQL

mariadb doesn't support date and time literals like

• { d 'str' }
• { t 'str' }
• { ts 'str' }

which is using by the JobScheduler

But mariadb supports (like MySQL) instead

• DATE 'str'
• TIME 'str'
• TIMESTAMP 'str'

JobScheduler should use the second list of literals.
