JOE JobWizard: Parameterlist should be empty if no parameters selected

If a user is pressing "Finish" after selecting a template all parameters, including the default-values of the parameters, are copied into the parameterlist.

This is an unwanted behaviour, because a lot of unwanted parameters are now in the list.

expected behaviour: an empty parameter list.
