JobScheduler should be detect if a schedule is not valid

JS can use run time definitions such as <run_time schedule="../Calendarios/Replica_tablas_RDD"/>

It was recognized if the schedule is not present. Instead the order will be run once and afterwards the new runtime "never" will be calculated.
