'parent.onload_settings.view is undefined' error when open the settings dialog in OperationsGui inside the Managed Jobs Interface

The above error occurres if you open the extras->settings dialog in the OperationsGui inside the Managed Jobs Interface, because
the onload_settings.view object is forgotten to initialize in the ./config/html/index_compact.html.
