Store order and task parameters in database

Desired Behavior

• Store parameters in SCHEDULER_ORDER_HISTORY and SCHEDULER_HISTORY tables.
• Check if the complete job definition can be stored in the history tables.

Proposed Configuration

• Example for storage format:

      ...
      <task>
        <params>
      </task>
