Provide Job Scheduler with native 64bit support

Users are asking more frequently for 64bit support. Though there is no technical problem when running JS for that platforms (provided that users read the installation instructions on 64bit support), it would improve the acceptance of JS to provide a Unix 64bit version. For Windows this might be different as currently we have no knowledge of requests for that platform.
