Writing to SCHEDULER_RETURN_VALUE doesn't work when used with remote execution

If the shell_chain_windows example from http://jobscheduler.sourceforge.net/osource_scheduler_howto_shell_chain_en.htm is deployed on a Linux Scheduler and executed on a Windows Scheduler by remote execution, the returned values are not written back into the order parameters.

Tested with binary 2.0.223.6014
It used to work with binary 2.0.215.5938
