Job will be terminated at the end of the admission time period

Current Situation

If a job has an admission time period, the job is always terminated at the end of that period, regardless of whether "killAtEndOfAdmissionPeriod" is set to true or false.

Desired Behavior 

The job should only be terminated at the end of the admission time period when "killAtEndOfAdmissionPeriod" is true.
