Orders overrule Admission Times

Current Situation

• Users can add orders for execution of a specific job specifying the start position and end position. However, if the job is ruled by Admission Times then they will be considered. Users would like force a job start that overrules Admission Times.

Desired Behavior

• When adding orders users can specify that Admission Times of jobs in the workflow will be ignored.
• This applies
  • to orders that are added by use of the API.
  • to use of the AddOrder Instruction in workflows.

Maintainer Note

• This feature is available for JOC Cockpit when adding orders on demand.
• This similarly will become available when configuring workflows to use the AddOrder Instruction and when creating schedules, see JOC-1566
