Unwanted journals of Subagents

Current Situation

• On start-up a Subagent creates a journal file in its ./state directory.
• If the journal will be used or not will be decided later on when the Subagent is dedicated to a Controller
  • with the role of a Director Agent that requires a journal.
  • with the role of a Subagent that does not need a journal.

Desired Behavior

• Creatíon of a Subagent's journal should be delayed until role assignment during the dedication ceremony is completed.
