    Description

      Current Situation

      • Users who install JS7 release 2.3.0 face a bug concerning Agents:
        • Standalone Agents are coupled with the Controller and accept workflows but do not execute orders.
        • Such orders are put in a BLOCKED state.
      • The reason for this problem is the fact that after deployment of the Agent configuration the Agent is disabled automatically which is not displayed from the JOC Cockpit GUI..
      • This problem is reported by customers and by users of the Open Source License.

      Desired Behavior

      • Standalone Agents should not be disabled after deployment in release 2.3.0

      Workaround

      • After deploying an Agent with JOC Cockpit, the Agent unfortunately is deployed and disabled, but in fact is displayed being enabled in JOC Cockpit.
      • The procedure includes the following steps:
        • Disable the Agent once more
        • Enable the Agent.
