Description
Current Situation
- Users who install JS7 release 2.3.0 face a bug concerning Agents:
- Standalone Agents are coupled with the Controller and accept workflows but do not execute orders.
- Such orders are put in a BLOCKED state.
- The reason for this problem is the fact that after deployment of the Agent configuration the Agent is disabled automatically which is not displayed from the JOC Cockpit GUI..
- This problem is reported by customers and by users of the Open Source License.
Desired Behavior
- Standalone Agents should not be disabled after deployment in release 2.3.0
Workaround
- After deploying an Agent with JOC Cockpit, the Agent unfortunately is deployed and disabled, but in fact is displayed being enabled in JOC Cockpit.
- The procedure includes the following steps:
- Disable the Agent once more
- Enable the Agent.
