    Description

      Current Situation

      • The ExpectNotice and PostNotice instructions can be used to create/update a notice for a single notice board.

      Desired Behavior

      • Both instructions should support to use a number of notice boards.
        • ExpectNotice: only if all notices are available then an order will with proceed. Events are created when individual notices become available, e.g. when 2 out of 3 expected notices did arrive.
        • PostNotice: notices are created for any notice boards specified with the instruction.
