Job Streams with a single job throw a Null Pointer Exception

Current Situation

When a job stream includes just a starter and a single job, then when starting this job stream a Null Pointer Exception is raised and the job will not be set to be completed.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to create and to start job streams with just a starter and a single job.
