Show configuration action on the file_order_sink state throws error

Current Situation:

• While using a job chain with a file_order_sink and performing the "Show Configuration" action on the file_order_sink state, JOC Cockpit raises the error "JOC-400 JobSchedulerBadRequestException: No configuration found."

How to Reproduce:

• Create a job chain with s file_order_sink
• Navigate to the job chain of file_order_source in the Job Chains View
• By using the action menu click on "Show Configuration" for the file_order_sink state
• JOC Cockpit throws an error: JOC-400
  JobSchedulerBadRequestException: No configuration found.

Desired Behaviour:

• While using the "Show Configuration" action on the file_order_sink state, JOC Cockpit should not throw any error.
