Order's state_text should be deleted when Order is reinitialized

Current Situation

Is a state_text of an Order is set then it remains even

• the Order is reset with corresponding command
• or a permanent Order will be reinitialised because
  • it has reached the end of the job chain
  • or its state is changed to an end state with corresponding command

Desired Behavior

If

• an Order is reset with corresponding command
• or a permanent Order will be reinitialised because
  • it has reached the end of the job chain
  • or its state is changed to an end state with corresponding command

then the state_text should be deleted.
