Desired Behavior
In JobScheduler 2.0 it should be possible to run a Java Job on an agent with its own JVM. This should allow customers to implement their own Java Jobs independently of the Java Version the agent is compiled with.
Java Jobs with their own JVM running on an agent should support the same optimization capabilities (reuse of tasks, idle_timeout, min_tasks settings, etc.) as Java Jobs in JobScheduler 1.x.
