    Description

      Current Situation

If the task queue of a job is changed, e.g. with a <start_job at="now+10".../>, a scheduled task has to wait for a resource such as a process class or the JobScheduler is paused then no event is sent.

      Desired Behavior

JOC Cockpit needs information about changes in the task queue to update the job view.
JobScheduler should send a TaskQueueChanged event if something is changed in the job's task queue.
