The output of <show_calendar> should be the same for distributed and non-distributed orders.

The <show_calendar> command shows no <period> elements for distributed orders.

Desired Behaviour

The <show_calendar> command shows <period> elements for distributed orders. There should be no difference between distributed and non distributed orders in the output of <show_calendar>
