libsosperlscript.so is buildable for Unix systems

Current Situation

• JobScheduler setup for Linux contains a libsosperlscript.so which is compiled with threaded Perl 5.18.2
• A makefile make-libsosperlscript.so had been implemented for the goal of creating this library but it does not work.

Desired Behavior

• make-libsosperlscript.so works and generates the library libsosperlscript.so
• Every JobScheduler UNIX user is able to create the library himself.
