XML Editor should support .NET Framework 4.0, 4.5

Current Situation

• The XML Editor is developed with .NET Framework 3.5
• Users of newer .Net Frameworks such as .NET 4.5 have to install the older version of the .NET Framework to operate the XML Editor

Desired Behavior

• The XML Editor should support environments with .NET 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5

Maintainer Notes

• Starting with current downloads of the XML Editor 3.0.7 and later an updated sos.xml.editor.exe.config file is provided that allows to operate the XML Editor with .NET 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 without having to install the older .NET 3.5.
