JobScheduler should return the processes that run with a process class in the <processes> element

Current Situation
The command <show_state subsystems='lock schedule process_class folder' what='folders cluster remote_schedulers schedules'/> returns an empty <processes> element even when a job is running with a process class. As a result JOC does show an empty processes list in the process class tab.
Desired Behaviour
The command <show_state subsystems='lock schedule process_class folder' what='folders cluster remote_schedulers schedules'/> should return the list of processes in the <processes> element when a job is running with a process class. As a result JOC is able to show the list of processes in the process class tab.
