Current Situation

Users would like to dispose of a unique id that identifies job chain runs.

Feature

JobScheduler should expose the value of the HISTORY_ID column from the SCHEDULER_ORDER_HISTORY table by providing
- an environment variable SCHEDULER_ORDER_HISTORY_ID
- a read-only API property/method order.history_id
