Allow a job to run tasks in different process classes

Current Situation

• Jobs can be used in different job chains
• Different job chains can set different process classes for jobs (JS-1301)
• If a job is already running in one process class, but is required to start in another process class for an order in a different job chain, then
  • the job is unable to process the order
  • an error is logged for the order
  • the order is moved to the error state

Desired Behaviour

• Jobs can be used in different job chains
• Different job chains can set different process classes for jobs (JS-1301)
• If a job already has a task running in one process class, but is required to start a task in another process it will start a task in another process class to process to order
