Desired Behavior

As specified with ~~JS-1442~~ the start script for a JobScheduler Universal Agent could be used for indicating which network interfaces the Agent should listen to (for example, similar to the port configuration).
It should be also included in the "help" menu, explaning to the user what the command means and an example of how to set/configure it.
