JobScheduler Universal Agent: kill a running task (including child processes)

    Description

      Feature

      • When killing a running task, the process needs to be killed on the Universal Agent (in the same manner as it is killed on the c++ JobScheduler as agent).
      • The remote kill/terminate for use with JUA
        • will be implemented for API Jobs and for shell jobs with monitors in JS-1468.
        • kills child processes as well
        • This will require OS-specific implementation
        • will be implemented for shell jobs without monitors in JS-1468.
