JobScheduler log should be less verbose

The scheduler log is very verbose

In an 17 hours old and JobScheduler is running with log level "info" yet this error appears 186009 times:


There are also lines where there are just empty ERROR messages:

This makes it extremely difficult to find the actual errors that are occurring.

Desired behaviour
The log shoud be less verbose. Verbosity should be configurable
