"Start order now" should work when running in a distributed cluster

    Description

      Preconditions

      • JobScheduler runs in a distributed cluster
      • a job chain is configured not to be distributed (distributed="no")
      • a permanent order for this job chain is used with an empty run-time

      Behavior

      • When starting the order with "start order now" in JOC the message is displayed 
        SOS-1343 Datensatz Record_type(1 Felder) wird mit dem Feld ORDER_XML String0(2147483647) offset=(ohne Offset?) zu groß.
