Agent communication with HTTP

    Description

      Communication with agents is shifted from plain TCP to HTTP.

      remote_scheduler="host:port"
      This syntax remains for for plain old TCP. It will be possible for some time, until we have switched completely to HTTP.

      remote_scheduler="http://host:port"
      The new syntax for HTTP (same as for supervisor), using agents JettyPlugin.
