    Description

      Current Situation

      • An ad hoc order that has been added on-the-fly starts immediately in spite of its start time being expired when JobScheduler is started.

      Desired Behavior

      • If the start time of an ad hoc order has expired then the order does not start when JobScheduler is started.
      • If the start time of an ad hoc order is overdue then this start is skipped.
