API functions stdout_text and stderr_text return empty strings when used in monitor of shell-job

Return values of API functions spooler_task.stdout_text and spooler_task.stderr_text is empty.
This problem occurs in monitor post-processing after shell-job.
Expected for the return values are the contents of stdout/stderr of the shell-job.
