Parameter scheduler.max_kbyte_of_db_log_entry has effect for the task log too

Parameter scheduler.max_kbyte_of_db_log_entry in the ./config/scheduler.xml works already for the fields
"LOG" in table SCHEDUELR_ORDER_HISTORY and XML_PAYLOAD in table SCHEDULER_ORDERS so that order logs may be truncated.

This parameter must have the same effect for the field "LOG" in the table SCHEDUELR_HISTORY so that task logs may be truncated too.
